Raiders want ‘family-friendly environment’ in Las Vegas; not all fans pleased
In a notion that seems counter to the team’s culture, the Raiders say they want a “family-friendly environment” at their new stadium in Las Vegas.
During a panel discussion on the new stadium Thursday in Las Vegas, LV Stadium Company COO Don Webb said, “We like the deeply passionate fans. But we want the stadium to be not Cheap Zach Parise Jerseys only a safe environment, but we want it to be perceived as a family-friendly environment.
“So I think there will be some changes, frankly, to the fan base when the team moves to Las Vegas and the method of operating the stadium,” Webb added, per the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “I think I’ll leave it there, but the team ownership and team management is very keen on projecting the right image when this team comes to Las Vegas.”
Bennett said an officer in the area stopped him and ordered him to get on the ground before putting a gun to his head and threatening to shoot him if he moved.
